Do you ship to my location?

We ship worldwide and use known and trusted shipping partners only. If your country happens to be not listed, please don´t hesitate to contact us.

When will my order be shipped?

All orders are prepared within a maximum of 48 business hours after their confirmation, but mostly on the same day when ordered before 3PM UTC. This preparation time may vary a little during peak season.

All orders will arrive beautifully packaged in a jewelry box, elegantly wrapped and tied with a decorative ribbon, making them perfect for gifting or storing.

Shipments to non-EU countries

Shipments to non-EU countries may take a bit longer due to customs procedures we have no control of. Shipments may also be liable for customs taxes and additional fees. These costs will be the responsibility of the buyer and will be settled at the given customs office.
